Modular Cycling Vest

An urban cycling vest designed for carrying essentials while commuting without a backpack.

A modern modular cycling vest inspired by the traditional Japanese “Jinbaori” – a samurai battle jacket. The detachable wool panels block wind, while the open-sided construction keeps the vest breathable and unrestricted during city riding.

• Front pocket fits a compact road-style inner tube (28–32 mm tyres),
• second front pocket fits Barbieri 7 bar (100 psi) mini pump 15,5 cm (6.1″) long, tire levers, and disposable tissues,
• large rear pocket for a poncho or rain cape and a multitool.

Colour: Butte Ember Brown – more vivid in sunlight

• 90% wool / 10% mohair,
• vegetable-tanned, natural full-grain leather (will get patina & darken),
• glazed linen thread (very strong & pleasant to the touch),
• AUSTRIALPIN COBRA® quick-release buckles: aluminium body, brass clips,
• Edelrid 5 mm polyester cord (from the climbing field),
• original VELCRO® heavy duty fasteners,
• strong brass press studs,
• steel loop.
